Overview

This case study is a website redesign concept for a non-profit organization. We were tasked to choose a specific topic that we wanted to make a difference in and we had the opportunity to collaborate with an organization.

Challenges

We were challenged by the organization to improve their current website and to create an educational resource page. This page would inform users on ways to mitigate stormwater runoff along with tips on how to be more environmentally friendly.

Focus Group

The purpose of the focus group was to gain first-time users insight on the current website’s navigation, design layout, among their overall experience.  One goal we had in mind was to expand the organizations target audience, therefore we interviewed the younger demographic.
